A step-by-step guide to creating AI cover songs using voice cloning on VibeSing — no studio experience needed.

AI cover songs used to require expensive studio time, a sound engineer, and hours of editing. Today you can clone your voice from a short sample and generate a cover of any trending song in under ten minutes. Here is exactly how to do it on VibeSing.
Open VibeSing Studio and head to the Voices tab. You will see three short prompts — read each one clearly into your microphone. Aim for a quiet room, consistent volume, and no background music. The whole recording takes about 30 seconds.
Quality tip
Built-in laptop microphones work fine. The model needs tonal consistency, not studio-grade audio. A $10 USB mic is a noticeable upgrade if you plan to generate many clips.
After recording, click Upload Dataset. VibeSing packages your samples and sends them to the voice-cloning pipeline. Training typically takes two to four minutes. You will see a status indicator — when it turns green your voice model is ready.
Switch to the VibeSing tab and choose a market (United States, South Korea, Brazil, and more) and a timeframe (weekly or monthly). The feed shows the top vocal tracks from Apple Music charts for that market. Tap a card to preview the original, then select it.
With your voice clone active and a song selected, hit Generate. The pipeline replaces the original vocals with your cloned voice while preserving the production and arrangement. Generation takes one to three minutes. You will hear the result in the VibeSing player as soon as it is ready.
Open the Clips tab, find your generation, and click Share. Add a headline, a dedication, or a lyric excerpt. VibeSing generates a shareable link with an OG preview card — paste it anywhere, or export it as a short vertical video ready for Reels, Shorts, or TikTok.
Consent reminder
Only use voices and source audio you have explicit rights to. VibeSing's terms require consent for any voice you upload.
