Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the VibeSing website, Studio, public share pages, paid plans, and related features.

Last updated: March 11, 2026

1. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of VibeSing, including our marketing site, authenticated Studio workflows, user-center features, public share pages, and any related software, content, or services we provide (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You may use the Service only if you can form a binding agreement with us and are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use VibeSing.
  • If you are old enough to use the Service but not yet the age of majority where you live, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Information you provide to create or maintain an account must be accurate and kept reasonably up to date.

3. What the Service Does

VibeSing currently provides a web-based workflow for discovering trend audio, preparing voice datasets from a YouTube URL or uploaded/recorded samples, training a reusable voice model, generating short AI voice clips, storing private artifacts, creating public share links, and managing paid subscriptions and quotas.

Some features are experimental, depend on third-party infrastructure, and may change, fail, or be removed without notice. We may impose usage caps, technical limits, or plan restrictions to protect the Service and other users.

4. Your Content and Permissions

You keep ownership of the text, prompts, voice labels, audio, images, URLs, datasets, trained models, generated clips, share metadata, and other materials you submit to or generate through the Service ("Your Content"), subject to the rights you grant below.

You grant VibeSing and the service providers we use to operate the Service a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, adapt, format, display, and otherwise process Your Content as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service, including creating requested outputs and serving share pages you choose to publish.

You represent and warrant that:

  • you have all rights, licenses, releases, and permissions needed to use and submit Your Content;
  • any voice you upload, record, or clone belongs to you or is used with the speaker's explicit, informed consent;
  • any source audio, track preview, YouTube link, selfie/reference image, external model URL, or other material you use does not violate copyright, privacy, publicity, contract, or other rights; and
  • you have any extra permissions required for commercial release, public performance, or broader distribution of an output you create through the Service.

5. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You may not use the Service to do, encourage, or help others do any of the following:

  • clone, impersonate, or simulate a person's voice without the permissions and notices required by law and by these Terms;
  • upload or generate content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, exploitative, hateful, harassing, violent, sexually abusive, or unsafe for minors;
  • create misleading deepfakes, fraud, scams, political deception, or non-consensual intimate or abusive content;
  • bypass plan limits, usage controls, security measures, signed URLs, or access controls;
  • interfere with the Service, scrape protected areas, introduce malware, or probe the Service in a way that could harm it or other users; or
  • use the Service in a way that would cause us or our providers to violate law, platform rules, or third-party terms.

We may investigate violations and remove content, disable shares, suspend access, or take other action when we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable law have been breached.

6. AI Outputs, Trend Sources, and Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party services for authentication, payments, analytics, storage, and AI/media processing, including providers such as Clerk, Stripe, Vercel, Replicate, and Vercel AI Gateway or the underlying model providers it invokes.

Trend feeds, song previews, artwork, links, and related metadata may also come from third-party music or chart services. Those materials remain subject to the rights and terms of their respective owners.

AI outputs may be unavailable, inaccurate, offensive, low quality, incomplete, similar to content generated for other users, or not fit for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before you save, share, publish, or otherwise rely on them.

7. Plans, Billing, and Credits

VibeSing may offer free and paid plans with different quotas, limits, and usage budgets for datasets, trained voice models, generated clips, branding removal, and share-cover generation.

  • Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe, not directly by us.
  • If you start a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until the subscription is canceled.
  • You can manage or cancel a subscription through the Stripe customer portal when that feature is available in your account.
  • Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless Stripe or applicable law says otherwise.
  • Usage credits and quotas are service limits, not stored monetary value, are non-transferable, and may expire or reset by plan window.
  • Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods or unused quotas.

We may change prices, features, or plan limits prospectively. If payment fails, we may downgrade, suspend, or terminate paid access.

8. Sharing and Publicity

Your artifacts are private by default inside the authenticated parts of the Service. However, if you generate a share link or share asset, the related audio, artwork, cover image, headline, dedication, lyric excerpt, voice label, or similar metadata may become publicly accessible to anyone with the URL.

Do not publish or share material you are not comfortable making available outside your account. You are responsible for what you choose to make public through VibeSing.

9. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, or remove content, if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, failed to pay required fees, or if we need to comply with law or protect the Service.

After termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Some data may persist for a limited time in backups, logs, fraud-prevention systems, billing records, or public shares that were already created, as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Ownership, Service IP, and Feedback

The Service itself, including our software, branding, site design, and non-user content, is owned by VibeSing or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

If you send us feedback, ideas, or feature suggestions, you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, successful voice training, output quality, accuracy, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not provide legal advice, copyright clearance, publicity-right clearance, or content-review services. If your use case carries real legal or commercial risk, get professional advice before publishing or distributing outputs.

12. Liability Limits

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VibeSing and its affiliates, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) USD $100.

13. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and may provide additional notice when a change is material. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

Questions about these Terms, copyright or voice-consent concerns, or requests relating to shared content can be sent to vibesing@1nano.tech.
