AI Singing Voice Generator: Make an AI Singer Sound Like You
Two kinds of AI singing voice generator: ones that invent an AI singer, and ones that sing with your voice. How each works, what they're good for, and how to make a song sing in your own voice.

"AI singing voice generator" and "AI singer generator" get typed by two kinds of people. One wants an AI to be the singer — a voice that does not exist. The other wants the song sung in a voice they already know, usually their own. Different tools, different results. This page sorts them so you pick the right one in a minute.
Kind 1: generators that invent an AI singer
These start from text, lyrics, or a melody and synthesize a vocal from scratch.
- Text-to-song apps such as Suno and Udio write and perform a whole original song from a prompt. The singer is an AI voice; you choose a style, not a person.
- Vocal synthesizers used by producers take a melody and lyrics note by note and render them with a built-in voicebank. Precise, slow, and made for music production.
Good for: original songs, demos, jingles, a voice that belongs to nobody. Not good for: hearing you on a song people already know.
Kind 2: generators that sing with a real voice
These are voice conversion tools. They take a vocal that already exists — the original singer's line on a real song — and re-sing it in a target voice. The timing, melody, and phrasing come from the original; the tone comes from the voice model.
Most use RVC or something like it. The target voice can be:
- A library voice — a community or artist-style model. Fast, but it is someone else's voice, and celebrity models raise consent problems.
- Your voice — a model trained on a short recording of you. This is the version that makes a song yours to share.
Good for: AI covers, birthday songs, "what would I sound like on this?" Not good for: writing a brand-new song.

How to make an AI singer sound like you
On VibeSing the whole pipeline runs behind three steps:
- Record. Open Studio and read a line out loud. One clear sentence works; two or three carry more of your timing and tone. About 30 seconds.
- Pick a song. A trending 30-second clip from 10 chart markets, or a track you upload and have rights to — a studio recording with one lead vocal works best.
- Generate. A private model of your voice is trained, the song's vocal is converted, and you get a share page friends can remake with Make your version.
You do not choose epochs, pitch extraction, or index rates. If you want to know what those are, RVC voice models explains them.
Speaking voice is enough
The model learns your timbre from speech and stretches it across the melody. If a high chorus thins out, that's range coverage, not a setting.
More on that gap: speaking voice vs singing voice conversion.
Getting a better result
- Record in a quiet, dry room — echo becomes part of "your voice." Recording clean samples
- Pick a song near your natural range — picking a song in your range
- Avoid dense harmonies — one clear lead vocal converts cleanest
- Sounds robotic? Re-record before anything else — the fix order
What it costs
VibeSing's free plan includes one voice train and 100 credits a month — about 10 songs. Paid plans add credits: Pro $9 / 900, Premium $19 / 2,000, Max $39 / 4,200. Pricing. For a wider look at free options, see free AI cover generators.

Open StudioFAQ
- What is an AI singing voice generator?
- Software that produces sung vocals with AI. Some invent an AI singer from text or a melody; others convert an existing vocal into a different voice, including your own.
- Can an AI singer generator use my own voice?
- Yes, if it is a voice-conversion tool. You record a short sample, a voice model is trained on it, and the model re-sings a song's vocal line in your voice. Text-to-song apps use their own AI singers instead.
- Do I need to sing to use an AI singing voice generator?
- No. On VibeSing you read a line out loud for about 30 seconds; the model learns your tone and sings the song for you.
- Is there a free AI singing voice generator?
- Most have free tiers. VibeSing's free plan includes one voice train and 100 credits a month, about 10 songs.
